Without a doubt, enrolling our two young daughters in karate classes at AMA was one of the best parenting decisions we’ve ever made. Not only are they learning confidence-building martial arts skills, they are also becoming compassionate, courteous leaders thanks in part to the school’s “POWerful Words” character development program.
But what makes AMA stand out from all the rest is the people. Owner Chris Herrman is extremely dedicated to his profession and even more passionate about working with each of his students to succeed….on the mat and in life. Chris’ enthusiasm is clearly shared by his staff and instructors. The school offers exciting, challenging classes for kids of all ages. I recently took their kickboxing class (it rocked!) and fellow parents attend the school’s highly-rated adult karate classes.
We’ve been a part of the AMA family for nearly three years and will be long after our daughters receive their black belts. I’d give AMA 10 stars if I could; my daughters would give them “Infinity stars” because they love the teachers and the classes are never boring.
