September Powerful Words – SELF RELIANCE – Week 4
This week, we’re talking about self reliance and goals for the future. As leaders, it’s important to be focused on improving ourselves, not just improving others. But personal goals take time and we don’t always feel we have it! How do you balance your own learning, growth, and time to try new things with your other responsibilities? You must be willing to fail, falter and flub on the path to self mastery.” Do you think fear of failure stands in the way of your own success or those you lead? This week, your Powerful Thought Assignment is to rate, on a scale from 1 to 10, your focus on your own growth and self reliance goals. Does this area need more attention? If so, what are you willing to do?
