January Powerful Word – HEALTH – Week 1
This week, we’re talking about the definition of health and how to stay healthy through various means (i.e. good night’s sleep, good hygiene, stress management). Hww do you define your own “good health?” How do you know when you are at your healthiest? What signs tell you that you need to slow down and take care of yourself in a more purposeful way? And perhaps most importantly, when you find that you need to take better care of your health, do you? Perhaps we need to be thinking of our health more. As Dr. Robyn says; “The one who thinks about his health only after it is compromised is likely the one who will have to think about his health a great deal.” What suggestions do you have for young people who stay up all night and never seem to give themselves a break? This week your Powerful Thought Assignment is to rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 on your overall health. What is the one thing you can do to become a little healthier?
