This is a great family martial arts school that has something for all ages. My husband started attending in 2005 with our son so they could practice together but eventually all four of us started attending. It was good for all of us. My husband and I have continued to attend for strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, balance and over all health and in fact just recently earned our black belts (and we’re in our 40s) !
We have recommended it to many of our friends and they’ve come and stayed too.
The instructors don’t yell at you but they do expect you to do your best. If you’re looking for a place to take your kids to learn self confidence and character – this is the place. If you’re looking for a school that offers family-friendly programs – this is the place. If you’re looking for a school that offers a variety of training skills for adults – this is the place.
